Typical Daily Gains
On a typical day, I may post some picks in the afternoon between 3 and 4 EST or I may post picks in the morning from 8:30 to 9 EST. When I post picks I am looking for a variety of things.
The afternoon picks will often be stocks that I will make small purchases of to hold because I expect them to jump in the morning rush. It is important with the stocks to know where to set your sell limit. I will teach more about that later.
With the morning picks (and some of the afternoon picks) I am looking at stocks that are likely to have high volume and high volatility. This is what you want during the morning rush! I just but it at the low points and sell at the high points. I do that over and over again all morning!
So here’ an example from today: ENVB

Now I actually bought some shares at 3.11 premarket, but the market opened at 3.01, but in less than 10 minutes it was up to 4.48, so if you bought 100 shares at 3.11 and sold at 4.4 that would be a gain of $129 in the first 10 minutes. But as you can see, the stock kept moving all day long! You could have bought at 2.62 and sold at 3.06, 2.69 and 2.85, 2.69 and 2.81, 2.72 and 2.94, and that’s just in the first hour! And that’s just buying $300 worth of shares at a time. Total gain in the first hour $211, but if you jump up to $1000 worth of shares, your gain goes up to $680.59! And up it goes with the more money you play with, but so goes your risk as well.
Each day I usually have 4 to 6 of these stocks to watch. Some of them do better than others, but they are all worth watching for day traders. Right now the market tends to drop off around 10AM, so you have to be careful with whatever you do after that point.
I can typically make $1000 a day in a decent market. My better days have been $8000 to $12000 in a day.
Just follow my tips and don’t over extend. We’re here to have fun while we make money, and you can’t make money or have fun if you lose it all!
